Terms & Conditions FX99 — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

01 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fx99" or "Platform" refers to the fx99.asia website and all services offered on it, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, lottery, and all other games available on the platform.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, logs in, or uses fx99's services in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user on the fx99 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total credit balance available in your fx99 account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any wager placed by a user on any game or match offered by fx99.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, promotional offers, or other benefits granted to a user by fx99 under specific promotional terms.
• "RM" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the official currency used for all transactions on the fx99 platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use fx99's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least at least 18 years old on the date of registration. fx99 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must register as a private individual, not as a representative of any company, organisation, or group.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full name, mobile number, and any other details required.
• You may only hold one account fx99. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Fx99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account restriction or termination.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the laws of your state or region permit the use of online betting services. fx99 bears no liability for any violation of local laws by users.

03 User Account

Once your fx99 account has been successfully registered, the following applies:

• You are solely responsible for keeping your fx99 username and password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• All activity conducted through your account — including betting, deposits, and withdrawals — is considered your own action, and you bear full responsibility for it.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the fx99 support team at support@fx99.asia immediately for assistance.
• Fx99 reserves the right to suspend or freeze any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Users may not transfer or sell their fx99 account to any other party under any circumstances.

04 Deposits & Payments

Fx99 supports a range of safe deposit methods suited to users in Malaysia:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now and other FPX-supported banks)

The terms governing deposits are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your fx99 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Fx99 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges — please check with them beforehand.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Using a third-party account for deposits is strictly prohibited and may result in your account being frozen.
• Fx99 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds if a transaction appears unusual or suspicious.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your fx99 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for each request.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours from the date of application, subject to successful verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account, eWallet, or payment method used for the original deposit, and that method must be registered in your own name.
• Fx99 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address before approving any withdrawal, for security verification purposes.
• Any balance derived from a bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal until that requirement has been fully satisfied.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is suspected, fx99 reserves the right to place a hold on any pending withdrawal request until the investigation is concluded.

06 Bonus & Promotions

Fx99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions tied to sporting events such as the Malaysia Super League, EPL, IPL, and MPL Malaysia. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. These requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by users who meet the eligibility requirements specified in each promotion.
• Each user is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the fx99 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Any bet that has been confirmed and accepted by the fx99 system is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• Fx99 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds caused by a system malfunction, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
• In the event that a football, cricket, badminton, e-sports, or other sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed in accordance with the predetermined conditions, the applicable bet settlement rules will follow fx99's policy in force at that time.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform, manipulate odds, or collude with others to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Fx99 uses an independently verified random number generator (RNG) for all casino games and slots to ensure complete fairness for all players.

08 Responsible Gambling

Fx99 takes responsible gambling seriously. We provide a range of tools to help users stay in control of their betting experience:

• Self Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for yourself.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit that you are comfortable with over a given period.

• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the fx99 support team at support@fx99.asia. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

10 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The following disclaimers and limitations of liability apply to your use of the fx99 platform:

• Fx99's services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the information provided.
• Fx99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting, whether due to the outcome of a wager, technical disruptions, or any other cause.
• Fx99 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or network disruptions may occur from time to time.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the fx99 platform complies with the laws of their state or region of residence.
• Under no circumstances shall fx99's total liability to any user exceed the amount of that user's most recent deposit.

11 Amendments to Terms

Fx99 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes made will take effect immediately upon publication of the latest version at fx99.asia/terms-conditions.
